Nicola Hemshorn - Bowen
Nicola succeeded internationally as CMO EU for Electra Bicycle Company /Trek, as well as CEO and company founder. Working in different countries and cultures deepened her insight into working with teams from and within different cultural backgrounds and helping them to develop.
Nicola worked for 10 years in the United States, and 7 years in Spain. In 2009, Nicola became CMO Europe for an American company, leading teams in 11 countries. Since 2015 Nicola has dedicated her time exclusively to coaching and training.
Nicola is an expert in executive coaching and an extremely versatile trainer, bringing her international career background and expertise in communication psychology together, and working with high-ranking managers and board members. She is also very much in demand as a presenter and anchors a talk show.
